Two years ago, Alex and I made a promise: when someone needs help, they shouldn't have to wait for office hours to get an answer. The reality is, I'm still just one guy. I can't answer the phone at 10 p.m. on a Sunday and still show up focused and ready for your session the next morning.

But that didn't mean we were willing to accept missed calls, unanswered questions, or people getting stuck without support.

So we started looking for a better way.

We tried Zapier workflows, chatbots, "smart" answering services — just about everything that promised to make communication easier.

Most of them did the opposite. Someone would ask a real question about Clinical Rolfing®, Recover Right®, pricing, or scheduling, and the system would send them in circles, kick them back to a menu, or drop the conversation entirely. That's worse than no system at all. But Alex and I are relentless. We're the Comeback Kids. We're never out of the fight.

After two years of testing, learning, and trying again, we finally found the one that gets it right.
